A geography Christmas no. 1 by Ultan Sherry?

Ultan Sherry, a Geography and Media Studies student here in Maynooth, has shocked the music world with his wonderful Christmas song, Let the snowflakes fall, which you can listen to and watch below:

In addition to this fantastic song and video, which has led to massive online sales (with proceeds going to Autism Ireland) and possibly a Christmas number one, Ultan also has a highly informative video about living with Aspergers syndrome (parental guidance: some bad language here!):

Everyone here in the Department of Geography would like to congratulate Ultan — for cheering us all up and giving us a new song to sing at this festive time of year and for taking such successful strides in his life.

Furthermore, our resident Eurovision expert, Adrian Kavanagh, has confirmed that Ultan would be an ideal candidate for representing Ireland at next year’s song contest. We hereby launch the ‘Ultan for Eurovision’ campaign…
